以前在Excel中遇到这个问题，在网上搜索后，是通过录制和执行宏来处理的，我想PPT应该思路是一样，可以借鉴一下

如果忘记密码，如下操作：
1\打开文件
2\工具---宏----录制新宏---输入名字如:a
3\停止录制(这样得到一个空宏)
4\工具---宏----宏,选a,点编辑按钮
5\删除窗口中的所有字符(只有几个),替换为下面的内容:(复制下来)

7\工具---宏-----宏,选AllInternalPasswords,运行,确定两次,等2分钟(确实有这么长时间),再确定.

非常感谢2楼的热心帮助！可是这个程序是针对excel的，里面定义的worksheet等在powerpoint运行出错，我不知道如何修改这个程序
而且有点疑惑，我连文件都打不开，有打开密码的，怎么能破解呢？程序怎么知道要破解那个文件？

07打开密码我不知道如何破解，但是07的修改密码还是非常容易破解的，简单几步，根本就不用软件的，有空，你可以去看看这篇文章
